School Hours & Extended Care

La Mesa Lower School:
8:15 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. for half day PK
8:15 a.m. - 2:45 p.m. for full-day PK & JK-5th

Point Loma Lower School :
8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. for half day PK
8:30 a.m.  - 2:45 p.m. for full-day PK *& K-5th

Middle School 6th-8th
7:45 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.(1:45- 3:00 P.E.)

All three Warren-Walker School campuses (La Mesa, Point Loma, and the Middle School in Mission Valley) offer Extended Care before and after school for those that need it.  All campuses open at 7:00 am and close at 5:30 pm.

At the Lower Schools, the before-school and after-school care consists of game-playing, playground activities, and homework club.  There is a fee for this service.  The Lower Schools also offer a variety of after-school programs; for example, karate, yoga, photography, Glee Club, Spanish, and Boy and Girl Scouts.  These programs are very popular, the kids love them, and cannot wait to see what will be offered next!  There are fees for these programs.

At the Middle School, students meet with teachers for extra help before school.  All teachers are available from 7:10 to 7:40, and there is no fee for this service.  The after-school care at the Middle School is geared as a study hall for the students.  It is supervised, and there is a fee for this service.
