The Grandest of Days
Grand events were held on all three campuses last week to include our Grandest Friends in the lives of our students and School.
Middle School's grand evening was Artz Night - a smashing success! The Hall was filled with projects, art, poetry, and music. A tremendous amount of effort goes into putting this on. All students, teachers, and staff work hard to set the stage, mount the pictures, and make the evening happen. Thank you!
Artz Night is the beginning to a Grand End of the Year. There are many ways to be an active part of Middle School.
On Saturday, May 11 from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. there is a Community Service opportunity at the San Diego River Park. Paint signs to identify native plants in the Garden. Come for whatever length of times works into your Saturday. There is an 8 hour community service requirement for Middle School.
The annual Golf Tournament is always a fun afternoon. Sign up today for the Tournament on May 19th. Great for golfers one and all.
The band is marching in the La Mesa Flag Day parade On June 1st. If you haven't marched in a parade lately, it is quite the fun time! Lower School students hand out pinwheels to the crowd.
Commencement is Tuesday, June 11 at 4:00 p.m. and the last day of school for 6th and 7th is on June 12th.
Many ways to finish the year grandly.
