Student Enrollment Deposit

Payment Form

This form is to be used by families enrolling a NEW student for the first time/initial enrollment. The student's contract must be signed and submitted in order to reserve your child's spot.  Additionally, for PK-8th grade students whose parents wish to pay Plan A (tuition in full), you will be contacted once your executed contract (noting the Plan A option) has been received by our Business Office.
